I am a repeat customer of this company and I am highly impressed with the selection, quality and price that this merchant has to offer. Their shipping time is more than satisfactory as it usually takes only one or two days to receive item. They offer free shipping but only charge a small fee for handling. I recently had a problem with an automatic pool cleaner that I purchased and technical support called me back the very same day to help with my set up questions (this was even a Sat. afternoon) They decided that it wasn't compatible with my pool. I called customer service and they were also awesome as they gladly honored the 30 money back guarantee. I highly recommend Intheswim! |

price is good, shipping great. When I ordered the sheet said it was backordered and it may take up to 2 weeks before I received my item. I received it within 5 days. I was very pleased. |

Item 1 above, apologize the goods have just been ordered. Delivery is the key component. So I can not rate this one good or excellent until the order arrives to allow a measurable feature. Web Site was very easy to navigate. Information and images for each component well done. Check out option to sign out without creating an account welcome relief. |

The above ground winter covers (15 year warranty) are extremely poor quality. The first one I purchased in 2005 lasted one year - the grommets came apart and it ripped at the seam. They sent a replacement and on my third year of using this one, all the water seeped into the pool from the winter melt. |
